Where photograph meets AI: Winner of the Sony World Photography Award, Boris Eldagsen, refused the trophy prize after revealing his art was an AI generated image. 🤖 🤳
Emulation at its finest: Similar to a 1940’s family portrait, this AI generated image is the first to win a prestigious photography award. 👪️

Is there a world where AI and photograph coexists? There could perhaps be a seperate category in art competitions, as creative prompt engineering is a skill within itself. However, we think prestigious art prizes should be reserved for traditional forms of art. 🎨

AI jams: A new AI generated song titled “Heart On My Sleeve” has gone viral after it surfaced for producing almost identical vocals to the two singers. The likeness made through AI software that was trained on the artists’ voices. 🖥️
How did it come into fruition? Made by user @ghostwriter, the (AI artist?) created the backing track, wrote lyrics, but then used AI software to produce the vocals. 🤖
A little controversy: Drake has recently taken to social media to express his displeasure over AI replica’s of his voice. As some users have used his voice to sing inappropriate lyrics, or even better, sing OMG by NewJeans. 🕺
Infringement Notices: Drake's complaint came after Universal Music Group wrote to streaming services including Spotify and Apple Music, asking them to prevent artificial intelligence companies from accessing their libraries. ©️
