🦆 Never be bored again with ChatGPT

BREAKING: Elon creates his own AI company

Hey man,

What do you call a duck that steals? A robber duck.

Here’s the AI rundown for today:

  • Let ChatGPT plan your day as a student 📚️

  • Elon makes his own AI company 🤖

  • Understanding our universe with AI 🪐

  • Playing sports vs robots makes us think more 🏓

Karaoke? Study? Food? Procrastinate? 🎤

Let ChatGPT plan and balance out your day so you can study hard and play hard. 😇

LeeHi!

Plan out an entire day for me. I will be situated in the Melbourne CBD, suggest suitable locations for each activity I list. Specifically, I enjoy [activities]. I will also need to study for 2 hours, include travel buffers between each location. I have class from 8am - 10:30am. Include meals.

Me, Quack

No more indecisive girlfriends! And no more procrastinating, there’s plenty of fun to be had! 🦆

Bonus round:

Budget out how much I will spend during this entire day of plans.

ANOTHER competitor in the AI race 🏎️

The AI race is starting to look like a tag team fight. 🥊

Same old, same old? Musk has founded AI company “X. AI Corp”, which is based in Nevada with Musk as the only director. It seems to be named similarly his other brand, X Corp. But does Elon stand out from the pack? ⏳️

Experience is key: Elon is no stranger to the world of AI, having co-founded OpenAI, responsible for ChatGPT, he now acts as a competitor. He has even hired two former DeepMind researchers and purchased over 10,000 GPU’s to power this AI project. 🖥️

But wait a sec… Elon had recently advocated in his open letter to halt AI progression beyond GPT-4 tech, putting into question exactly what his motives are as he builds his own GPT competitor. ❓️

Connections galore: Musk is already in contact with Tesla and SpaceX investors to fund his new venture. 💵

The hunt for exoplanets begin with AI 🌐

This one’s out of this world.

The Ariel Data Competition: Is calling on AI and machine learning experts to assist in gathering data about exoplanets, with a competitive twist. 👨 🖥️

Exoplanets? That is, planets outside of solar system so that we can understand where Earth truly lies within the universe. 🪐

How does it affect us, Quack? The competition unites the world’s greatest minds to collaborate with top-end tech to interpret the world around us. While it may not have an immediate impact on us regular ducklings, breakthrough research from these competitions can aid us in the long run as we look for new homes in the universe. 🛸

The pond remains my home for now 🦆

Robots push us to our limits in sports 🏓

Humans vs Humans… nah ❌ Humans vs Robots… yes ✅

Lookin’ like Scorpion from Mortal Kombat: For weeks, former collegiate table tennis player, Amanda Studnicki, wore brain scanning tech as she faced dozens of human and robot opponents. 💨

Working hard: The scans revealed that table tennis players react very differently against their human and robot counterparts. While Studnicki was more reactive against human players, the uncertainty of a ball machine forced her to predict the moves of the robot much more. No more instincts, just calculated moves. 🧮

Desynchronised: For the psychology nerds, the neurons in Studnicki’s brain were not aligned with one another when playing against robots. A sign her brain was not relaxed and working overtime. 🧠

What does this all mean? There is a different response humans pose when working with robot tech. Whether in sports or out of sports, things are most natural when humans work with each other, there is an emotional disconnect between humans and robots. 👩 🖐️ 🤖

I’m a god vs Uncle duck when it comes to table tennis. 🦆

Our meme pick of the day 🔥

Hmmmm, not bad for a short prompt, and a mini AI tool. The face kinda scares me though… 😟
